We cordially invite you to attend M-NOW’s Annual General Meeting, which will be held on April 18, 2024 at 17:00. This meeting is of utmost importance as it provides an opportunity for all members to come together and actively participate in shaping the future of our organization.
At the meeting, all members in attendance that are eligible to volte will vote to fill open board roles and other items on the included Agenda.
If you are curious about becoming a Board Member in the upcoming elections, please reach out to us at board@m-now.org. There are exciting plans for the upcoming year we would like to have you help and support.
We believe that your presence at the Annual General Meeting as a member is a valuable opportunity for you to stay informed, contribute to decision-making, and have a say in shaping the future of our organization. It is a chance to connect with fellow members, build relationships, and strengthen the sense of community within our organization.
If you cannot attend and are eligible to vote, you can do so through signing a Proxy (document will follow in the e-mail invitation). Please note that each member attending the AGM is entitled to hold 2 Proxies maximum.
