M-NOW Annual General Meeting 2026 – Join Us at CBS

We are pleased to announce that the M-NOW Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Thursday, 16 April 2026, from 16:00 to 18:00, hosted at Copenhagen Business School’s Råvarebygningen, Porcelænshaven 22, Frederiksberg.

A sincere thank-you to The Blue MBA at CBS and Programme Director, Irene Rosberg, for her generous support and for making the facilities available for our gathering. Irene’s commitment to advancing maritime leadership and diversity creates the perfect setting for our network to meet, reflect, and plan ahead.

Why Your Attendance Matters

Your participation in the AGM is essential to the continued growth and impact of the Maritime Network of Women (M-NOW):

1. Shape the future direction of M-NOW
The AGM is where we review key proposals, discuss priorities, and agree on the next steps for our activities in the maritime industry. By attending, you ensure that your perspective and professional experience are reflected in the decisions we make together.

2. Help elect M-NOW’s next leadership
Our current President, Monika, will be stepping down at this year’s AGM after dedicated service to M-NOW. The meeting will include the election of the new President (2026–2028) as well as ordinary and alternate board members. This is a pivotal moment for our network, and your vote will directly influence who leads M-NOW into its next chapter.

Members who wish to stand for President or for any board/alternate position are invited to submit a short bio and motivation no later than 3 days prior to the AGM. Candidates will be invited to give a brief presentation (max. 5 minutes) before the vote.

3. Contribute your ideas and proposals
Proposals for the Board to consider are welcome from all members. Any items you would like included in the agenda must be submitted to the M-NOW Board no later than 3 days before the event. Your input helps ensure that M-NOW remains relevant, member-driven, and aligned with the needs of women across the maritime sector.

4. Connect, collaborate, and grow your network
The AGM is much more than a formal meeting. It is an opportunity to meet fellow members, exchange experiences, and build meaningful professional relationships. We will also present planned events and activities for 2026, giving you a clear view of how you can engage with the network in the year ahead.

Food and refreshments will be provided to make the afternoon both engaging and enjoyable.

If you cannot attend in person, you may vote by Proxy (maximum of 2 Proxies per attending member, using the enclosed document).

We strongly encourage all members to attend and look forward to seeing you at CBS for an inspiring afternoon dedicated to the continued growth of M-NOW.
