Sílvia Ariza is an econometrician and data scientist with experience leading analytics at top companies like Caixabank, Iberia, Uber, and DiDi. She has trained over 80,000 people in data and AI, with her work recognized by the United Nations for its impact on the environment, pay equity, and road safety. Sílvia is passionate about reducing the gender gap in scientific roles and advocates for ethical, socially responsible use of data.
