We are thrilled to share the inspiring outcomes of our recent workshop, hosted with the goal of fostering deeper connections, gathering valuable feedback, and empowering active engagement within our community. The event was a resounding success, thanks to the enthusiastic participation and insightful contributions from all attendees.
The workshop commenced with a warm welcome and mingling session, setting the stage for collaborative exchange. As we delved into the agenda, we elucidated the purpose and essence of M-NOW, reaffirming our commitment to empowering and advancing women in the shipping, logistics, and transportation industries.
Central to our discussions were the pivotal questions: “How can we bring value to you?” and “How can you contribute?” Participants enthusiastically shared their perspectives, ideas, and aspirations, symbolically represented by stickers placed on a collective brainstorming board.
From this vibrant exchange emerged five key categories of interest: Education and Training, Social Events, Mentoring, Career Development, and Ecosystem. Within each category, standout ideas garnered significant support, indicating areas of high priority and potential impact.
